The next expensive player at the IPL went to the Royal Challengers Bangalore. The New Zealand cricketer managed to get a whopping 15.00 Crore INR. The pace got USD 2 million approach and interestingly the young man was not even aware of the whopping cost for which he was bid at the IPL auction.
The next man in the cricketing world who was bought at a high cost was none other than Glenn Maxwell who is known for his incredible batting skills and chasing some higher scores. Virat was quick to bid for the same and get in at a whopping cost of 14.25 Crores for his team – Royal Challengers Bangalore. This man came with an opening bid of 2 Crores, but then others came and got him at a higher cost.
The next expensive man is the Australian pacer – Jhye Richardson, the Australian spacer was bought at a whopping cost of INR 14.00 Crore, which is huge for him. Thanks to his incredible bowling skills that made the pacer get the base price of 1.5 Crores and he was expected to the final cost. It turned out to be a big bash for him. The man is known for his incredible performance in domestic and international tournaments.
The Chennai Super Kings is known to get a whopping cost of 9.25 Crore. The Indian cricketer was able to carry out with an expensive uncapped player at the IPL auction on Thursday. This ended up coming with parents along with tears of joy getting the picked up INR 9.25 crores by CSK.
Punjab Kings (8.00 Crore) – With the Big Show, the man who also bagged a decent amount at the auction. He is a known Australian pacer who bagged a whopping cost of 8 Crores. He is known to bowl at the pace of 150 KM per hour.
The others include Moeen Ali for Chennai Super Kings (7.00 Crore), Tom Curran for Delhi Capitals (5.25 Crore), Shahrukh Khan for Punjab Kings (5.25 Crore), and Shivam Dube for Rajasthan Royals (4.40 Crore).
