Beauty boss Isabelle Parize is bidding adieu to her glamorously gussied-up Miami Beach home. Parize, the director of American cosmetics giant Coty, which counts brands such as Gucci, Calvin Klein, and Tiffany & Co. as part of its portfolio, has put her contemporary abode on the exclusive Biscayne Point Island up for sale for just shy of $17 million with Michael LeDuc and Albert Justo of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. The waterfront residence at 1844 Daytonia Road comprises five bedrooms and five full bathrooms across its 5,352 square feet.
You’ll find over $270,000 worth of European designer furnishings throughout, which are included in the sale price, while the property sports a wealth of lavish features, chief among them a vast amount of wall space where Parize showcases a museum-worthy art collection comprising contemporary works from artists such as Lita Albuquerque, Casper Brindle, and Patrick Hughes, to name a few, and is available to purchase by separate negotiation.
Built in 2021, the house sits on a roughly quarter-acre lot with 75 feet of private water frontage with no fixed bridges in your way. If you’re bringing along your boat, there’s also a private dock too that offers access to the bay. Internally, architectural details include a dramatic circular glass staircase that was handcrafted in New Zealand and shipped to Florida. Elsewhere, an elevator brings you to a private rooftop terrace with a summer kitchen and views of nothing but water and blue skies.
The home also includes an office on the first floor, along with a gourmet chef’s kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a formal dining area, and a living room lined with floor-to-ceiling windows. Upstairs, the second floor holds the stunning primary suite, complete with walk-in closets and its own terrace. Back down below, the grounds are designed for relaxing and entertaining. Think manicured lawns, a large swimming pool, and a jacuzzi.
So far this year, the Miami area has seen an uptick in the number of homes that sold for $10 million or more. More specifically, Miami recorded a 27 percent increase in eight-figure deals in Q2—the second highest in the U.S. after New York. Just last month, DJ David Guetta offloaded his condo at the sky-high Setai Miami Beach for a record $16 million.
