What Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes Got the Chiefs for Christmas – Robb Report

Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes didn’t have a great Christmas on the field, but the Kansas City Chiefs duo had a pretty good time playing Santa this holiday season.

In the latest episode of the podcast he hosts with his brother, Kelce revealed the gifts that the NFL stars got for their teammates this year. Mahomes presented his offensive line with custom golf carts, while Kelce surprised the Chiefs with velour jumpsuits, People reported on Wednesday.

Mahomes’s golf carts were painted the team’s signature red and came emblazoned with each player’s name and jersey number. In an Instagram video posted by the Chiefs, you can see the O-line hopping into their new rides and taking them for a spin. “Everybody’s just flying around, those things are street-legal,” Kelce said, noting that some of the guys were able to reach speeds of 35 miles per hour. (That may not be a lot for your everyday car, but it’s pretty impressive for a golf cart.)

As for the rest of the team, the street-style-savvy Kelce handed down some of his fashion sense to all of them. He collabed with the luxury sportswear designer Daniel Patrick on velour jumpsuits, which the tight end called “cozy” and “comfy.” Maybe the Chiefs Instagram will post a photo of the whole team suited up in Kelce’s gift.

Jason Kelce, Travis’s brother and co-host, also shared how Christmas played out for his team, the Philadelphia Eagles. Their offensive line opted for a white elephant gift exchange, in which the most coveted item was a flamethrower. And Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts gave Jason and his teammates a “pretty nice” white watch. In the past, quarterbacks have given Jason a pair of Jordans and a Louis Vuitton duffle bag, which the center said is still his go-to.

Kelce’s and Mahomes’s gifts were hopefully a welcome reprieve for the Chiefs after their upset loss to the Las Vegas Raiders on Christmas Day. (Even Taylor Swift, Kelce’s girlfriend, who was in attendance at the game, couldn’t bring some of the luck she has experienced this year to Arrowhead Stadium.) Maybe the goodwill will continue as the Chiefs head into a New Year’s Eve matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals. And if not, at least they have a sick ride and a cozy outfit for ringing in 2024.
