Zenith Debuts the Chronomaster Sport Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness – Robb Report

Zenith first began working with Susan G. Komen, the world’s leading nonprofit breast cancer organization, in 2022 with a special edition of its Chronomaster Original featuring a pink dial. The brand continued its work with the organization earlier in 2023 with a piéce unique edition of the Chronomaster Original sold at Phillips New York Watch Auction: Eight. The watch went on to nearly double its high estimate and bring in $30,480 for Susan G. Komen. In honor of this year’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Zenith has launched the limited edition Chronomaster Sport Pink.

This unique variation of the Chronomaster Sport marks a few firsts for the model. The special pink hue is totally new for the collection and marks the first new dial color for the steel Chronomaster Sport since its launch in 2021. With its radiant sunburst metallic finish, it beautifully reflects the light and pops against the crisp stainless steel backdrop.

In addition, the Chronomaster Sport Pink features an all-new bezel, rendered in stainless steel instead of ceramic for the first time. With its polished surface and black-filled engraved markers, it takes on a slightly retro vibe, recalling the El Primero “Rainbow” models of the 1990s. Visible through the sapphire display back is the latest version of Zenith’s El Primero caliber with 1/10th of a second indication and a 60-hour power reserve.

“The Chronomaster Sport is definitely our most emblematic modern El Primero chronograph today, and I’m so happy to see it serve as a vessel to promote the fight against breast cancer and raise awareness,” shared Julien Tornare, Zenith’s CEO. “Susan G. Komen is doing an incredible job making a difference for women across the world, and Zenith is proud and humbled to support their efforts.”

The Chronomaster Sport Pink is a limited edition of 500 pieces and priced at $11,500 with 20 percent of the proceeds donated to Susan G. Komen.
